US Orders | once shipped, please allow 6-10 business days for delivery for first class, and 1-3 for priority mail.
International | International customers, please check and be aware of your own individual countries customs and fees protocol. As required by border governments, buyers will be responsible for paying any custom fees required due to import taxes.
Once shipped, please allow up to 2-4 weeks for the arrival of your order.
Returns + Exchanges
DAMAGES |
If your item arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible to set up a return or exchange. Notice MUST be submitted within 2 days of your item's delivery date. EXCHANGES |
If your item arrives damaged in shipment, or just not what you where looking for, I am happy to arrange an exchange! Please contact us within 2 days of delivery. Exchange postage not due to shipping damages will be at the responsibility of the customer. Open a care ticket now -->
RETURNS |
Because these items are made per order, I accept returns on a case by case basis, and must receive notice of an issue within 7 days of your items delivery date.

Lost Mail |
It is very rare, but in the event of a lost parcel i.e.: a US parcel that has not arrived home within 2 weeks of shipment, or an international mail within 5 weeks of shipment, please contact us. Your purchase is protected!
Please note, a lost parcel can only be classified so if it reads as such in USPS tracking. If your parcel reads as delivered, USPS cannot investigate any further, and I must defer that judgement to USPS tracking information. Open a care ticket now -->

Due to demand, many of my little goodies are made to order! If the item you're adding to your cart says "Preorder", or is listed in it's description as a presold item with a later post date, please be patient while your order is created!
Quality |
Each item I sculpt for SSM is completely handmade by me, using no molds or guides. Because of this, each sculpture will vary slightly and exact repetition is impossible. Each one will be slightly unique, which is the charm and nature of handmade! However, I put my name and stamp on ever order shipped, and would never ship out an inferior piece! Each new batch of sculptures are compared against rigorous quality and durability standards, to ensure you receive a beautiful work of art.
Photos |
I take great care and pride that every product is also managed completely by me- right into the photography, editing and listing. I work very hard to provide high quality accurate representation online of the tiny work of art you are going to receive in person!
Most photos are a stock photo, an example of the first sculpture I made in that style. The item you receive may have subtle difference, but each are checked with great scrutiny for quality control and assurance that each item is replicated as closely as possible with 100% handmade.
Materials |
Polymer clay is extremely resilient and durable if worked, cured and cared for properly. Each item is stress tested to ensure the findings and details are up to snuff and can endure a lot of love and use! This is not to say they can not be fragile- please be mindful of very small details and take care while using your little sculptures!
Size |
Exact scale varies per design, but most of my miniature food jewelries range from 3/4", up to 1". If you need help determining size, or need to order exact custom scale, please do not hesitate to open a care request ticket!
Due to this small sizing, these are not recommended for very small children. Please use your own discretion while purchasing.
Jewelry Care
+ To ensure the longest lifespan of your miniature food, it is best to keep them in a safe place while not in use, and kept away from extreme temperature changes.
+ Every piece is hand painted with a clear coat glaze that helps resist wear and dust, and provides improved durability. However, it is not recommended to wear your foodies while showering or swimming.
+ Metal finishes are silver, gold, or rose gold plated and can be cleaned lightly with jewelry or tarnish cloths to keep your precious metals gleaming!
