A much overdue installation of my classic croissant charm!
My favorite trip memory was, of course, Paris. Seem cliche but I got that romance sickness the moment I got off the plane! While the Lourve, Versailles and Eiffel Tower were unforgettable, equally so was the food! And not even the fancy stuff- my favorite meals were found at the crepe carts, and local market where the baguettes and croissants were hot and sandwiched between a hearty slice of brie and fresh fruits!
A magically fluffy, buttery croissant! Tossed in powdered sugar and topped with delicate toasted almond slivers.
